Online trading platform iForex has made a number of new leadership appointments, including the rehiring of the company’s former CTO Hemi Algranaty as head of innovation, effectively immediately.iForex plots product and market expansion with new hiresAlgranaty previously spent 12 years developing the platform’s propriety systems as CTO before joining rival trading platform Wiser Market in 2021, where he held the same position.In rejoining the company, he has now been tasked with “harnessing the power of AI to support business growth, enhance user experience, and develop new marketing products”, iForex says.The fintech’s previous exploration of this technology led to the launch of an AI-powered trading assistant in July last year.Aside from a new head of innovation, iForex, which is headquartered in the British Virgin Islands, has also picked up a new EU marketing director in Pavlos Antoniou, who joins with immediate effect from back-office software provider Dilagon.Itai Sadeh, CEO of iForex, says that with the two new additions in place, the company is now planning to “build upon our offering and access new markets”.Founded in 1996, iForex specialises in contract for difference (CFD) trading across various instruments, including currencies, commodities and crypto, and operates across 159 countries globally.
