At times like this, it is necessary for small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners to diagnose management problems and technical challenges and present customized solutions.To this end, management instructors and technical instructors belonging to the Korea Management Technology Guidance Society are running. There are about 17,000 management and technical instructors who are affiliated with 19 branches nationwide. Management leaders are struggling to help small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners in four specialized areas: human resource management, financial management, production management, and marketing management, and technology leaders in two areas: technology innovation management and information technology management.The Korea Management Technology Guidance Society explained, “Management leaders and technology leaders are supporting small and medium-sized companies and small business owners to find the parts that need to be solved most, such as sluggish sales and profits in the management and technology sectors, and liquidity crises.”To this end, the Korea Management Technology Guidance Society is establishing a cooperative system with various organizations and organizations. In July, Maeil Economic TV and Maekyung Media Center signed a business agreement to foster international management consultants.International management consultants are certified by the International Management Consulting Council, and about 30,000 people from 53 member countries are working as global consulting experts. Through this agreement, the two organizations will cooperate for mutual development, such as promoting joint international management consultants, discovering global businesses, and holding seminars.It also signed a business agreement with the Korea Management Innovation Small and Medium Business Association to strengthen the competitiveness of innovative companies.
