Canada Life has teamed up with CapIntel to launch financial technology services. The collaboration includes an interactive comparison and proposal tool to enhance client’s understanding of their investment portfolios.  “Working with CapIntel has been a positive and beneficial experience for our business,” said Blaine Shewchuk, executive vice president of individual wealth at Canada Life. “CapIntel adapts their tools in response to feedback, resulting in a great user experience, while providing valuable and transparent know-your-product capabilities and portfolio insights for our advisors and clients.” CapIntel has collaborated with Quadrus Investment Services since 2021 and expanded its work to include Investment Planning Counsel (IPC), which Canada Life acquired in November 2023. Following the rollout in the fall of 2024, IPC reported a 75% adoption rate among its advisor network.  Since the beginning of the partnership in 2021, CapIntel tools have been used to generate more than 107,000 client proposals. “Through our work with Canada Life, we reaffirm our commitment to innovation and enhancing client-advisor experiences for individuals across North America,” James Rockwood, founder and chief executive of CapIntel, commented. “Through advanced technology and collaborative solutions, we aim to empower advisors and meet clients wherever they are on their financial life journeys.” The companies said they will continue exploring expanded functionality to enhance client-advisor engagement and improve financial outcomes. CapIntel is a business-to-business fintech company serving financial institutions across North America. It helps financial professionals deliver data-driven and personalized information to clients using its platform, which has more than 20,000 advisors and wholesalers. Related StoriesFetching comments…Please enable JavaScript to view the comments powered by Disqus.LATEST NEWS
